How do I subscribe to Silver or Gold?

Open the CrushChat app, go to your profile, and tap "Upgrade". You can choose between Silver ($9.99/mo) and Gold ($14.99/mo) plans. Payment is handled securely through the App Store or our website.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your account settings in the app, or through your App Store subscription settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

For App Store purchases, refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. For web purchases, contact us at help@crushchat.app within 48 hours of purchase.

What's the difference between Silver and Gold?

Silver gives you unlimited messages, access to all characters, and faster response times. Gold includes everything in Silver plus early access to new characters, exclusive Gold-only characters, custom character requests, and premium support.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your conversations are private and we take your privacy seriously. Read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. You can also email us at help@crushchat.app to request account deletion.
